Dance Classes

Dance is a performing art form made up of improvised or carefully chosen movement patterns with aesthetic and frequently metaphorical importance. Dance can be defined and described according to its choreography, movement repertoire, historical era, or country of origin.

The settings of theatrical and participatory dance should be distinguished from one another, even though they aren't necessarily wholly distinct. Both types of dance can have a variety of purposes, such as social, ceremonial, competitive, sensual, martial, or sacred/liturgical ones. Martial arts, gymnastics, cheerleading, figure skating, synchronised swimming, marching bands, and many other sports are among those that are sometimes described to have a dance-like character.

Vocal Training

A vocal coach, also known as a voice coach (though this term frequently refers to individuals working with speech and communication rather than singing), is a music teacher, typically a piano accompanist, who assists singers in getting ready for a performance and frequently also assists them in improving their singing technique and caring for and developing their voice. A vocal coach is not the same as a singing teacher, though (also called a "voice teacher"). Singers may get solo music lessons, group workshops, or masterclasses from vocal coaches. They may also work with singers who are taking part in live performances or recording sessions. Both classical music and popular music genres like rock and gospel employ vocal trainers.

Musical Instruments Classes

Being able to play an instrument is the first step towards becoming a musician. The Foundation has a staff of instructors who offer theory classes, private and group teaching on a range of instruments. Lessons support children in gaining self-discipline, focus, and social skills in addition to musical ability.
Piano, violin, viola, and cello are among the instruments taught at the Foundation. A music therapist who works with special needs children and adults is also employed by the Foundation.
In addition to group sessions, theory classes, and The Singing Tree, instrument students are required to attend one or two individual lessons per week, depending on the instrument they are learning. Students are required to attend the Foundation's string ensemble's weekly Sunday rehearsals.
